AmeriCorps State Communications
Volunteer Iowa has an online platform to support sharing between programs called Basecamp. Basecamp can be used to find our many resources, calendar of webinar trainings, including registration links, and a message board to talk to other AmeriCorps state program staff. More than one hundred resources have been collected and developed to help programs with program/grant management, member management and financial management. We encourage financial staff to join as well. To join our Basecamp, please contact Tawney Schreier.
We also send a weekly AmeriCorps State Update to our mailing list. This update is sent on Fridays and includes timely updates for AmeriCorps state program staff. Please contact your Volunteer Iowa AmeriCorps Program Officer to be added to the mailing list.
We host a monthly webinar call for program staff. This is held the third Wednesday of the month. The agenda is sent to those on our AmeriCorps State Update mailing list. You can also find the webinar link on the Basecamp calendar.
