Iowa MENTOR Program Partners

Iowa MENTOR program partners are mentoring programs that have demonstrated their commitment to quality program practices. Becoming a program partner connects you to the Iowa MENTOR, the statewide champion for mentoring and an affiliate of MENTOR National. We strive to support and expand the network of quality mentoring programs that help build brighter futures for children and youth in Iowa.

Certified Program Partner

Designated as a program committed to providing quality programming grounded in the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring TM(EEP) and dedicated to continuous improvement through the National Quality Mentoring System (NQMS).

Requirements

  1. Participation in NQMS review every three years
  2. Registration with the Mentoring Connector, updated annually
  3. Completion of Iowa MENTOR annual report
  4. Acknowledgement of Iowa MENTOR affiliation in program materials
